How can I contact PosturePro?

Can I change or cancel my order?

We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. Any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of the order. All requests after this time will unfortunately not be able to be carried out. You can return your order for a full refund after you have received it.

💳 Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Vipps, Klarna, VISA, Mastercard) and PayPal payments.

📦 When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for processing orders in connection with holidays and sales seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders are processed within 1-3 working days from the order date and sent the next day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship orders on weekends.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Due to high demand, orders may take between 10-15 days to arrive.

What if I don't receive my order?

If you do not receive your order within 30 days of shipment, you are entitled to a full refund.

How do I return an item?

What if the items I received are defective / incorrect / damaged?

Please contact us if you have received goods that are incorrect, missing and/or defective. Please include the order number, photographs of the item(s) and all relevant information when contacting us. We will do our best to resolve your case as quickly as possible.

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to the original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to the card issuing bank within 7-10 working days after we receive the returned item or cancellation request. Contact the card issuing bank for questions about when the credit will be added to your account. If you have not yet received the credit for your return, you can take the following steps: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to be added to your account.
