Refunds & Returns

We have a 30-day returns policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving the item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that the customer must cover the shipping costs of the product to the warehouse, unless the product is damaged or does not match the description.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

Damages and problems

Please examine your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and rectify it.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is approved, make a separate purchase of the new product.


We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not the refund was approved. If approved, the amount will automatically be refunded back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and record the refund.
